Embodiment Practice
Introducing Somatic Development over the past 15 years Eva Wieprecht
With musical accompaniment by Matías Ortolá

April 29 2025 6pm - 7:30pm UK, 7pm -8:30pm CET

Join Eva Wieprecht, pioneer of the Somatic Movement Integration Practice, which brings the general principles of Generative Change into a somatic movement practice. She will guide us through this unique transformative process

This workshop was born from Eva's passion to translate the powerful principles of Virginia Satir's work, Hypnosystemic approaches, Generative Trance, and Generative Coaching into embodied practices that create lasting change.

Inspired by Robert Dilts' wisdom that "Knowledge is only rumor until it is in the muscle," Eva has crafted a methodology that moves theoretical understanding into physical awareness and integration.

Matías Ortolá will accompany the workshop with music, and towards the end, we will have the group sharing in break-out rooms.

WHY ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP?

  • Deepen Your Somatic Understanding - Experience how theoretical knowledge transforms when integrated into your physical being

  • Access New Dimensions of Learning - Tap into wisdom that exists beyond conscious thought

  • Enhance Your Professional Practice - Add powerful somatic tools to your existing expertise

  • Reconnect With Natural Expression - Rediscover the innate movement wisdom we all possess from childhood

  • Experience Immediate Integration - Feel the difference between knowing something intellectually and embodying it fully

  • Enjoy Community Connection - Share experiences in facilitated breakout rooms with fellow practitioners

  • Live Musical Journey - Benefit from the transformative power of live music by professional musician Matías Ortolá

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This workshop is designed for any seeking to deepen their embodied practice. No dance experience necessary! All you need is openness and curiosity to learn something new or rediscover yourself through movement.

Before a child speaks,
it dances, sings, and draws.

Generative and Creative Peer Supervision and Practise Group Session with Mark Chambers

Please find below the registration Link for the “Third Monday” peer supervision and practise group session for the Generative/Creative community. All students (past and present) and practitioners are welcome to attend and witness and participate to whatever extent they wish.

Vision 2025

What is your vision for yourself and your life in 2025?

What is our collective vision for what we love to do together as Generative Citizen in 2025?

We start with our personal vision: we will start with a guided meditation of what we most want in our lives in 2025, and how we are going to make this happen. After the meditation, we can share with each other in groups of four of five in small groups.

We will then have a long group sharing, both about our personal vision for 2025, and also about what we want in the generative citizen community.

How Generative Citizen is Organised with Ann-Sophie Cremers

Discover the sociocratic structure behind Generative Citizen in this insightful session with 𝘼𝙣𝙣-𝙎𝙤𝙥𝙝𝙞𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨, a key member of the Organization Development Circle that developed it.

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮?

Sociocracy is a peer-driven governance model that ensures everyone has a voice. It’s not consensus-based but permissive, meaning decisions move forward unless they violate organizational principles or create significant issues. Each circle operates autonomously, with its own decision-making powers and leadership chosen by its members.

Connecting through the body: With ourselves, with each other, with the environment - with Selene Kumin Vega Ph.D

Connecting through the body: With ourselves, with each other, with the environment - with Selene Kumin Vega Ph.D

Busy with personal and professional lives, it is easy to lose track of what is important, what is essential, what is at our core. Swept into what is expected of us, we may neglect the small voice within that speaks for the authentic self. What does it take to reconnect to inner wisdom and the natural healing states of being that exist under the surface of our daily lives? How can we realign with our deepest sense of ourselves in the way we experience and relate to ourselves and the world? How can connecting to the authentic self be a foundation for our actions in the world? How can we include somatic connection in the work we do with others?

This workshop will present practices to access your unique inner being and connect with authentic self through breath, sensory awareness, and movement and to bring this into our work with others.

 Key takeaways:

  1. Simple practices for tuning in to external and internal awareness

  2. Centering--what does it mean and how to do it

  3. Practices for incorporating mindful body awareness and movement for self and others

Generative and Creative Mind Peer Supervision and Practice Group Monthly Meeting with Mark Chambers

Please find below the link for the next Peer Supervision and Practice Group Session.
For those who wish to attend, please note the date. These sessions are usually held on the second Monday of each month. However, I am not free on a Monday in October until 28th.

Towards the end of this month’s meeting earlier this week one for the participants raised the topic of Parallel Processing in coaching sessions. I propose that we discuss this in our October session, and any other topics that participants bring. More specifically, how we become aware when parallel processing is arising in a session or series of sessions, how we respond and and how we may most usefully respond.

None of us knows as much as all of us. All ideas, reflections and anecdotes will be welcome.

Integrating Yourself: Julian's Amazing Summer Adventure with Julian Russell

Integrating Yourself: Julian's Amazing Summer Adventure with Julian Russell

I had an amazing adventure this summer, and I want to tell the story and use it as an example of how to integrate yourself more fully.

I took a 3-month sabbatical to walk along the Pyrenees mountains on the border between France and Spain, from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. The Haute Route Pyrenees (the High Route Pyrenees) rises above 2000 meters (6500 feet) and sometimes goes over passes of 3000 meters (9800 feet). The mountains are wild with lakes, ridges, tracks zig-zagging up cliffs, giant bolder fields and even in summer, occasional snow fields. The weather can often be misty, heavy raining or dramatic lightning storms, and when sunny, unbearable hot.

I slept in a tent and carried everything I needed with me.

It was partly a vision quest to think about the next 20 years of my life, and also a massive reboot of all the levels of self: I am an individual, I am the world community, I am nature, I am spirit.

I would love to share the photos of my epic journey with you, talk about how integration was happening and inspire you to think about what an integration process for you might be. An alternative title for this mini workshop would be

“Take What You Love, and go deeper”

How to Be a Generative Human with Julian Russell

How to Be a Generative Human with Julian Russell

A generative human is someone who seeks to be fully empowered in their own life, makes a difference in the world through their life-calling and their contribution to humanity; feels themselves to be both nature itself and as a protector of mother earth; and experiences themselves and the universe as sacred.

How can one become one? The model is simple, but covers a vast landscape:

Activate resources Heal

We are individuals Life-Calling, strengths, flow Emotional wounds

We are collective intelligence The best of humanity Cultural trauma

We are nature Be nourished and inspired The earth

We are spirit Be the one Isolated self

During this workshop we will help you assess where you are in each of these domains and give pointers about what you can do to develop that area of yourself. We will discover where other people are and learn from them. We will also spend time on the collective Intelligence of the Generative Citizen and Inner peace for Outer Peace community. The approach draws on Gilligan’s integral model as well as other sources.
