I had an amazing adventure this summer, and I want to tell the story and use it as an example of how to integrate yourself more fully.
I took a 3-month sabbatical to walk along the Pyrenees mountains on the border between France and Spain, from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. The Haute Route Pyrenees (the High Route Pyrenees) rises above 2000 meters (6500 feet) and sometimes goes over passes of 3000 meters (9800 feet). The mountains are wild with lakes, ridges, tracks zig-zagging up cliffs, giant bolder fields and even in summer, occasional snow fields. The weather can often be misty, heavy raining or dramatic lightning storms, and when sunny, unbearable hot.
I slept in a tent and carried everything I needed with me.
It was partly a vision quest to think about the next 20 years of my life, and also a massive reboot of all the levels of self: I am an individual, I am the world community, I am nature, I am spirit.
I would love to share the photos of my epic journey with you, talk about how integration was happening and inspire you to think about what an integration process for you might be. An alternative title for this mini workshop would be
“Take What You Love, and go deeper”
