As a restorative justice practitioner for her local police department, she works closely with both victims and offenders, aiming to foster healing and promote transformational change within the community.

The concept of supporting and nurturing ‘generative citizens’ resonates deeply with Teresa, which is a significant part of why she is so passionate about the pressing need to build a strong and supportive Generative Citizen community.
