COACH State Practice Hosted by Paul Witcomb

Today Mindfulness practices have proven to be highly effective in helping people transform they lives in many positive ways. COACH state practice builds on this by ensuring that any desired change work undertaken is highly effective, achievable, sustainable, resonant, ecological and much more.

COACH state practice establishes positive connections with yourself and human presence where you are in a state of flow (rheostasis), self-aware, mindful, awake/alert, teachable and able to be with (whatever arises) and not become.

Based on the work of Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan we aim to deepen our COACH state, help others doing so, and bring it out in the world.
It is an informal group and we invite all people in the IAGC field, people trained with Robert and Stephen or all who practice a present, embodied, and generative state. A guided COACH state practice will be lead by Paul Witcomb.
